I’m still waiting “patiently” for my mammogram tues. I still have armpit, shoulder to my clavicle pain. I’ve read you normally don’t have pain? Is this a good sign..

    Also the sides of both breasts hurt not necessarily the lumps but the sides are painful

      I had my mammogram which they said showed no concern (no calcifications). The ultrasound showed a palpable mass on my right breast which they said looks to be benign but I need to go back in 6 months to check it. If it’s benign it can’t change...

The ultrasound showed a palpable mass on my right breast which they said looks to be benign but I need to go back in 6 months to check it. If it’s benign it can’t change right? Or does that mean it isn’t 100% sure it’s benign but based on no other indicators they aren’t concerned...

      That's the way I'd read it; looks benign but do another study in 6 months to make sure it's stable. My guess would be if they were concerned they would have recommended a biopsy.
