Morning Tamara if you had axillliary lymph nodes removed that would cause the under arm dent. Call your doctor as it could also be from swelling and pulling take care

You will have dents and puckers...the new tissue has to even out and settle. Is this the first of a staged reconstruction? My moms reconstruction after her mastectomy is changing due to fat loss from the chemo. Her MD said once her chemo is complete and she put some weight back on, they will do the second stage of the reconstruction and even everything out. Be patient, it's going to take alot of work and time. Hang in there!
