Now triple negative, what does that mean, I know I'm not sensitive to hormones and tamoxifen will not respond. Where does that leave me? No back up :(

      Ive had chemo (4 A/C and 12 taxol), just finished surgery (lumpectomy n axillary node dissection) n just about to start radiation. Im somewhat nervous too about being triple neg. I think the only thing i can do after treatment is to have a healthy lifestyle. Do u have any ideas?

      Yes I forgot to mention regular check-ups. According to my onocologist, there is no known cause. Theyr researching triple neg. Where r u in ur treatment? R u finished?

      No got 3 docetaxol to have starting today then 15 fractions of radio therapy, they have just changed my plan as I was originally diagnosed er positive x

      U must be so confused. I have 35 radiation therapys. I had two surgeries. The first one I mentioned in my first post and a recontruction surgery. Im still having a lot of discomfort from the 2nd surgery. I have some cording also and am going to physical therapy. All this has delayed my rad ther. How far apart r ur chemos? Will u start rad ther immediately after?

I want to feel good for a little but before I jump on thus one. He agreed with me. I want to loose 20 lbs before I add anything else. Having a lower B M I. Seems to Be better in the long run for preventing reoccurrence.

      Thats good to know that a lower bmi will ward off a recurrence. I also need to get to a healthier weight n im doing it. Lost 45 lbs. 

      Kelly, I am just wondering why if you are triple neg the doctor would want to put you on Tamoxafin ????? I don't think I have ever heard of this.

      Had mastectomy, 3 cycles of epirubicin and chloraphosphamide staring doxataxin ( taxetere) I think is the name today having 3 lots then 15 fractions of radio theray x
