Yep, I had one in 2007. Tram flap. It's a difficult surgery. A double whammy, since your having operations on both your breast and your abdomen. Mine was a little over 5 hours. The recovery is fairly long. You've got the breast thing going, with the drains and everything else that goes along with it. Then, you've had major abdominal surgery and you'll have a pretty big scar. Standing, coughing, walking, etc. take a while. Your doctor will give you a whole list of do's and don't's. The upside is that you end up with a pretty good result.
