Can after 4 month of Letrazol breast cancer get muscular mets?

I was on Letrozole for 5 years and never had any problems with it. Have you had testing to see if you indeed have mets from your breast cancer or something else? I may be wrong, as I'm not a doctor but I've never heard of breast cancer metastizing to the muscles but suppose it could.
