Hi Patricia!
I also had numbness but now, nearly 5 years later, I do have some feeling returning. At first, I had many sensations, itching seeming to be the most frequent. We can all probably give you many different stories about sensations we have where breasts used-to-be. I still have numbness but it no longer bothers me. Things change over time. The part of the treatment that bothered me the most is where the port for chemo was placed. The scar is really ugly, but the itching nearly drove me crazy the first couple of years. There is a large indentation in my upper chest too. How could such a small thing be such a pain-in -the-rear? I hope things start changing for the better.....SOON! Hang in there, they will get better. Take care, Sharon
