What are the chances of being a survivor of breast cancer if you get bronchitis ?

    I'm with Kaye. You probably picked up bronchitis because your immune system was compromised. Your team will be able to make short-order of that infection. You will be ok. Hang in there and take care, Sharon

      It's my grandmother that has it... And I'm really worried for her because I can't be with her to help her. Thanks for your answer, it means a lot.

      She will be ok.... chemo, just raises havoc with your immune system but her oncologist's team will help her through it. Tell your grandmother to wash her hands frequently, stay away from crowds or people who seem to be sick with colds. It will...

      She will be ok.... chemo, just raises havoc with your immune system but her oncologist's team will help her through it. Tell your grandmother to wash her hands frequently, stay away from crowds or people who seem to be sick with colds. It will hopefully save her from picking up another "bug".     Bronchitis can be easily cured with antibiotics and I wouldn't think it would have any effect on surviving breast cancer. If you are healthy to start with you should be ok.
