Not a question more of a vent... Hubby and I both found that we're losing our jobs yesterday. Aaaarrrrggghhh. Hopefully that's all of our bad news for the year. I'm still safe until Oct/Nov/Dec. He's done end of May

I am so sorry and will keep you covered in prayer. At times like this you must trust in God. Often there are blessings coming if we can keep the faith through the dark times. it is as though God lights a candle. Mary

Prayers to you and your family. God had a bigger plan. When one door closes another opens. Have faith.

I know how that feels...I was dx last year in Jan and 3 weeks later my hubby lost his job. I had been babysitting for 3 years and gave that up because I had to travel an hour and a half everyday for my radiation and couldn't take the baby. I had to fill out tons of papers getting catastrophic care and Medicaid. It was tough. My hubby went back to another job in Oct only to get layer off the day after Christmas and still has not found a job. It's hard.. God bless you.

Thanks all. Luckily the treatment is on the NHS so I'm focussing on getting better knowing that I'm covered at least.

Sorry to hear about your job. I also lost my job bc my employer was "worried about my health" didn't want me to get too stressed and get cancer again. Am currently in remission. Stay strong and know that you can get through anything!

Wow that's tough hon. really sorry to hear this news on top of everything else you are dealing with. you two can and will get through this. I was diagnosed while on unemployment with no insurance and my clutch had just went out. I dont know where you live but if you are Ca, you can apply for the BCCTP (breast, cervical, caner, treatment, program) through medical for your treatment. You know while we are going through this it feels like life has stopped. Unfortunately, life still shows up regardless of our diagnosis. you already have what it takes to make through this. I wish you all the best and keep venting!!!!
