I slept in a reclyiner for 5 1/2 months and the bed was out of the question. It burned badly. I propped a beany pillow under my arm.

I had a difficult time sleeping on my side after my breast reconstruction because of the pressure gravity and weight if the implant or expander. I slept on my back on several pillows in time it does get better, first with a pillow under my arms and now 10 years later it's not a problem. My implants are part of my body soft and jiggly.

Yes it's been awful for me I had a mastectomy left breast and reconstruction surgery together. This was last August 2011, it's been 6 months and I'm in so much pain still due to the expander.
